Thinking about the topic of the essay, I first of all have a question: what is a “creed”?

Credo (lat. credo - I believe) - personal conviction, the basis of a person's worldview, sometimes - the same as the motto.

Remembering the material studied in the lessons of pedagogy, I would like to focus on one of its important principles - the principle of self-education. And, of course, you need to remember the commandment: do no harm! For most students, the teacher is an ideal from which they take an example and imitate him.

My ideal teacher is a mother who has dedicated her life to teaching. She taught me to love children. In this regard, I would like to formulate my pedagogical credo as follows: “Shine life for good, fighting evil! Be open, honest and fun for children. Strive for the goal without stepping back.

Why does my creed sound like this?

Why dedicate your life to good and, at the same time, fight evil?

Why do children need to be open, honest and fun?

I will try to tell you about all this in my essay.

Devote your life to good, fighting evil!

Be open, honest and fun for children.

Strive for the goal without stepping back.

The teaching profession is very interesting, exciting, spiritual and creative. Children, like sponges, absorb the best qualities of this wonderful person.

I chose this credo for myself not by chance!

In today's world, our children are surrounded by many dangers in society, family and school. School is a place where every child should feel protected! It all starts with the simplest thing - kindness!

Kindness is a quality of a person, expressing his ability and desire to do good to people. The opposite of good is evil. In everyday consciousness, kindness refers to such personality traits as gentleness, courtesy, caring, and the ability to sympathize, without which kindness is unthinkable. Genuine kindness is principled and inspired by concern not only for the well-being of the other person, but also for their moral perfection and dignity. (R. G. Apresyan.)

Everyone should remember: children are our future! Having taught them such qualities as kindness, honesty and justice, in the future we will get a modern society with moral principles.

Nowadays, evil is often found next to our children. I want to teach my pupils to believe in good and, of course, to do good themselves, to believe in good people, a good word ...

Thus, I believe that our lives and the lives of our children should be dedicated to good and, of course, to eradicate evil!

The teacher must understand that he works with children who are different in their views, in temperament - they are very different! It is appropriate to say: the teacher is a mirror for them, and the children are its reflection! Children, like a litmus test, absorb the teacher's lifestyle. Therefore, if the teacher allows himself to enter the class without a mood or allows a deceit in relation to the child, then he, in turn, automatically copies the teacher. WITHThis is where relationship problems begin.

Thus, in order to avoid such situations, with children you need to be:

    open, so that with any problem the child can turn to him and know that you will support and understand him;

    honest, so that your pupils are honest with you;

fun, so that the children are energized by you and work more actively in the classroom.

Why, in my opinion, is it necessary to strive for the goal without stepping back?

In order to solve these issues, you need to set a goal to which you need to strive, without stepping back.

Target - the object of aspiration, what is necessary, it is desirable to implement.

For me, the goal is a long or maybe a short road to what I want, sometimes it stretches for years, and sometimes it is overcome in a few days.

Without a sense of purpose, the activity of the individual would have no meaning. (Alfred Adler)

Any business we undertake must be accompanied by a goal, otherwise we will not know if it is finished. I like the wordsMarkus Ahlen: “If you don’t know where you are going, you will never know that you have reached the place” . I cannot but agree with his statement. Indeed, the goal for a teacher is to know and understand what you want from yourself, from your students.

It seems to me that every teacher has a goal, and, probably, there is more than one. My goal as a teacher is to educate literate, tolerant, sociable children, to instill in them kindness, a sense of humor, honesty to others.

Thus, every teacher seeks to invest the best in the child, hoping that this will help him become an independent person. And each emerging personality must see its goal and strive for it.

Summing up, I would like to answer the last question that was raised at the beginning: why does my creed sound exactly like this: “Shine life for good, fighting evil! Be open, honest and fun for children.Strive for the goal without retreatingback".

Here are some criteria that match my credo:

Kindness is a quality of a person, expressing his ability and desire to do good to people.

    Humor helps the teacher to find a common language with children, to look at the world through their eyes;

    Honesty is the mirror of the soul between teacher and student;

Purpose is a stimulus to the life of every person.

Essay "My pedagogical credo"

“... Perhaps our work is not noticeable in appearance, but I know only one thing - the kids are in a hurry to our garden, in the morning they rush their mother - let's hurry, mother, let's run! Probably - this is the answer - there is no more valuable than our work in the world!L. F. Evstratikova

Morning. The alarm clock is ringing. Is it really time to get up, get dressed, go outside, and it's so cold there. Waiting for a bus, driving for an hour and looking at half-asleep people. And run, run...

And here it is so warm, so cozy and you don’t want to rush anywhere. But I need to run to work, because “my” children are waiting for me there.I ride the bus and think: “Do they value me as an educator? Will they evaluate in the futuremy efforts, achievements, efforts and aspirations? And so I want to know that someone needs it!

And so I enter my kindergarten, my group. Nikita is already meeting me, showing me his new typewriter, talking about it with burning eyes. And I look at him and think: “Is it really for the sake of these eyes, for the sake of these sonorous voices, sweet and dear faces, it’s not worth getting up at six in the morning and rushing to them?”

I often think about what I would do without these little rascals, without burning eyes, without a hundred “Why?”. Probably, it was not by chance that fate decreed this and brought me to kindergarten. Now this is my home, where they expect me, appreciate me, where I hurry with interesting ideas.

I want to become the closest friend for my children, I want to give them my knowledge andskills, to show how beautiful and friendly the world is. And if the question arises, “Will I be appreciated in the future?” , I think that the kids I am raising appreciate me already today. They appreciate the interest with which I present the new, the unknown, for the knowledge, skills and abilities acquired in communicating with me, for that high culture of behavior and communication skills, for love and understanding.

I know for sure that today parents value me as a partner in raising children, for the fact that children are loved by me, understandable, for the level of upbringing and education of children, as well as for uniting, bringing together our wonderful child-parent-pedagogical tandem. And yet the main evaluation of my work is yet to come. This is a school, a teaching staff, the successful educational activities of my pupils and their further independent life in society.

... And then the evening comes, and in my head there are only thoughts about my children. How was the day? What interesting things did my fidgets learn? Did they feel comfortable talking to me? How can I surprise them tomorrow?

As L. N. Tolstoy said, “To love means to live the life of the one you love.” These words contain the meaning of why I go to the children every day.

It all starts with love
And illumination, and work,
The eyes of flowers, the eyes of a child
Everything starts with love.

R. Rozhdestvensky.

The symbol of faith, the basis of the worldview, the firm conviction of a person is the credo. Credo means "I believe". What do I believe? I believe in love . The educator must love children - without this, his work does not make sense.

A.S. Makarenko also noted that “love is the greatest feeling that generally works wonders, which creates new people, creates magnificent human values.”

Calm and restless, restless and serious, thoughtful and inquisitive "why". And each needs its own approach, its own key. Only then the soul of this little person opens, a trusting, open look appears, and the baby initiates you into the most secret secrets ...

« A child knows how to love someone who loves him, and he can only be brought up with love.- said F.E. Dzerzhinsky.

For many years of working with children, I came to the conclusion that you don’t have to chase after children’s love - it will find you on its own. The secret of children's pure love is simple: they are open and simple-hearted, and for me the best reward is their joyful smile and the words: “Will you be back tomorrow?”, Or: “We want to be with you!” How childhood passed, who led the child by the hand in childhood, what entered the mind and heart from the outside world - this decisively depends on what kind of person today's baby will become.

I am an educator! I understand that a great responsibility has been entrusted to me: children's hearts have been entrusted to me.

An educator is a person who helps to understand the world around him, teaches children to communicate and enjoy people, to distinguish good from evil, beautiful from ugly, teaches compassion, care for loved ones, dream, create and create.

What we give to the world is what we get

And it will be bitter if we do not teach

Children not only letters to everyone from A to Yat,

But also love, forgive and understand ...

The great F.M. Dostoevsky said: “Without the beginnings of the positive and beautiful, a person cannot go out into life from childhood.”

Everything around a little person should be beautiful, he should receive only the best: the best care, the best upbringing, the best toys, the best food, and most importantly, the best communication. Everything that surrounds him should carry a positive charge and positive emotions. Therefore, I strive to ensure that the environment of the child not only contributes to his comprehensive development, but also pleases him, attracts him with its comfort, warmth, and beauty.

Accordingly, my next conviction is the statement of F.M. Dostoevsky: “ Beauty will save the world."

The environment surrounding children in kindergarten should also ensure the safety of their lives, promote health and harden the body of each of them.

Health care is an important job of an educator. Their spiritual life, worldview, mental development, strength of knowledge, and self-confidence depend on the cheerfulness and cheerfulness of children.

Preserving and strengthening the health of children is the most important condition for the development and formation of it as a person.

And my next conviction will be voiced by the statement of Belinsky Vissarion Grigorievich: "Without health, happiness is impossible."

It is indispensable to rely on a personality-oriented model of interaction between children and adults.

I am not afraid to once again praise the child, even when his progress is very modest. This instills self-confidence in children, makes them want to take the next step. It is important for me that the child believes in himself, believes me, retains respect and appreciation.

Therefore, my pedagogical positions:

The child must be accepted as he is, because each child is individual;

It is necessary to educate not only by word, but by personal example;

Find the good in the child and talk about his virtues.

So, the following belief can be formulated as follows: “The child is individual, and it is important to understand and accept him”

An educator is a creator, a creator, only to him the main treasure is opened - children's hearts, which are waiting for warmth, kind words, new knowledge and are always ready to reciprocate.

The more the teacher knows and knows how, the easier and more interesting it will be for him to work with children, and for children - with him. Therefore, I try to study something new in the field of education, I am interested in modern techniques and methods, non-traditional technologies. Everything new is interesting, it helps me in my work.

At the same time, it is important to remember the instructions of Stanislavsky Konstantin Sergeevich: “Make the difficult habitual, the familiar - easy, the easy - pleasant”

And I would like to express my belief as follows: "You need to create while creating, to burn - without burning."

So, I want to express my pedagogical credo in such simple, but important words for the educator:

Love, Beauty, Health, Creation, Understanding!

And involuntarily the lines are born:

Everyone needs love

Beauty saves the world...

We can't do without health

Without Understanding at all - darkness.

It's boring without Creation,

So let's love!

Fill the world with beauty

Let's create, create!

To live - strengthening health,

Take care of each other, understanding

That the children of planet Earth

There is value in all life!

My pedagogical essay

Educator!

He is always on the road, in worries, in search, anxiety -

And there is never peace.

And 100 questions on the doorstep

And you need to give the right answer.

He judges himself more severely.

It is all earthly, but it is torn upwards.

Do not count, perhaps, how many fates

Intertwined with his fate!

Start your essay I want from the commandment of Pythagoras. He first coined the word "philosophy", which in Greek means "love of wisdom". "What is wisdom?"- asks Pythagoras. And myself answers: “Knowledge of order. If you want to be wise during your life, put everything in its place. ... Make a mark of your life and follow one invariably until the last minute of your existence. For many of you, including me, the meaning of life and life itself lie in a simple word - "educator".

The profession of an educator is a very difficult and difficult work, it is a constant search for something new, this is a creative approach, these are new discoveries. And in order to be necessary and useful to children, you need to constantly improve yourself, you need a desire to grow in the profession, as teacher, which over time, with the acquisition of experience, only becomes wiser. Now, in connection with the implementation and implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard in preschool institutions, for teachers a greater volume is provided for the development of creative and design opportunities, for self-development. And only with a very strong desire can one reach the greatest heights.

To be an educator means to have patience, compassion, a desire to see children - "their children". After all, in fact, these are children who are not relatives, but about whom you start talking - "my children", rejoice in the achievements of each child, albeit small, but his personal victories.

Personally, I do not work as an educator, I live as an educator. I live for children. Sometimes I Think: what motivates me every morning with joy to go to work again and again? After all, to kindergarten teacher, who is trusted with the most precious thing that parents have, there are special and very serious requirements. And the answer to my own question is simple - it's love, love for children, love for my profession.

An educator must see more than many others, be able to apply a wide variety of knowledge from various fields of science, learn to answer thousands, sometimes completely "non-childish" questions from our children. Therefore, I never stop at the achieved level of knowledge and always improve my professional skills, I try to keep up with the times. I'm interested All: entertaining facts and a variety of knowledge about the world around us, research by psychologists, new pedagogical technologies. And all this helps me in my work. I pass on my knowledge to children, no matter what we do with them - play, learn or work - I try to pay attention to everyone and at the same time to everyone so that the child feels like an irreplaceable person. After all teacher kindergarten should be attentive to children, understand their problems, feel their mood, empathize with them, always be ready to help and console in difficult times, and you also need to be demanding and fair. I firmly believe that every child can be captivated by finding in each his own grain of knowledge that will captivate him. And the main task of modern teacher- the ability to discern this knowledge in each child, direct it in the right direction, develop and improve. ... After all, at the very beginning of his life, every child is like a flower bud - just as closed. Only after the bud receives heat from the sun's rays and nourishment from the soil, it will open and all the beauty of the flower hidden in it will become visible. In the same way, children need warmth, love and nourishment, that is, care, in order to open up and discover all the unique beauty that God has put into each child.

My pedagogical the principle is to help the child open up, become an active figure, able to ask questions and freely express his opinion. At this time, it is important to identify the natural inclinations of each child and, on their basis, develop certain abilities, while maintaining individuality. The interests and needs of children encourage me to find new methods, techniques and forms of work that contributed to the most complete disclosure of the unique potential of the individual, the main of which, I believe, is problem-search and research. With their help, I try to teach children to independently find answers to any questions posed, building work in the form of a dialogue and directing children's activities in the right direction.

Theses of my pedagogical philosophies are extremely simple! Surprised - to surprise, carried away - to captivate. Any knowledge of the world begins with surprise. Surprise is an emotion, it is an interest in the upcoming business, it is a motive for action. It is in my power to turn any children's activity into pleasure, something amazing and exciting. No wonder they say "Creativity is the best teacher!" To raise a person in the full sense of the word means to perform a miracle, and such miracles, I, an ordinary educator, try to perform daily, hourly. Every minute. Telling, showing, explaining is not enough. It is important to be able to captivate and lead each child, to work with him in commonwealth and co-creation, to be an example to him in everything.

Every child is unique. A talented artist, an inquisitive observer, and a tireless experimenter live in it. He is open to beauty and goodness, sensitive to lies and injustice.

Children's development largely depends on the environment in which they find themselves. In order for children in the group to learn a lot of new and interesting things, for the development of their cognitive interest, curiosity, creativity, physical development, the educator needs to create a developing environment. This is the space where teacher can apply all his skill, express his creativity.

For a small child, everything is important in kindergarten; and comfort in the group, and the beauty of toys, and the look, and the word of the educator, and peer, even the sun that shines through the window brighter than usual. V.P. Sheremetevsky turned out to be right in his saying: “The whole business of teaching little people is made up of little things. From all the little things, the foundation is imperceptibly laid, without which the entire building of education is shaky, and rolls, and on the side. Therefore, every little thing that in any way concerns the child has a certain meaning.

I often hear from parents how hard it is for them with small children, how much nerves they spend. And here the educator should come to the aid of parents who find it difficult to raise children, should become their friend and adviser. When preparing for a meeting with parents, I always carefully consider how to make it interesting, informative, as useful as possible, "alive". I want parents to understand and know that next to them and their child is a reliable and competent person in all matters. teacher.

I came up with a simple formula: I am a locomotive, and my children are wagons. If I develop a high speed, then the fragile trailers may crumble or communication will be lost between us. If I stop, then everything will remain as it was, there will be no movement, no development. If I move too slowly, we won't get far, we won't learn much. My main task is to choose such a speed on this road in order to move as far as possible with these trailers. And while I think I'm doing it.

Am I a happy person, having chosen my business and this work? Yes! I love my profession, where everything works out for me. I am pleased to communicate with my parents, I am happy to share my ideas with colleagues, I really love my life with the guys! I am a happy person, because with joy and love I give my knowledge, my experience, my heart to children! Therefore, if I start my life over again, then I will definitely choose the profession of an educator again.

Communication with children is a kind of exam every time. Little wise teachers both test you for strength, and at the same time love you with an all-consuming love in which you can dissolve without a trace. The secret of their pure love simple: they are open and simple-minded. Working with children, I never cease to be amazed at how different, unpredictable, interesting, and funny they are.

Profession teacher one of the most important and significant in the life of modern society. Being an educator is a calling, it means wanting and being able to live childhood again and again with each child, see the world through his eyes, be surprised and learn with him, be invisible when the baby is busy with his own business, and invisible when he needs help and support.

I really like oriental saying: “The work of an educator can be compared with the work of a gardener who grows various plants. One plant loves the sun, the other a cool shade; one loves the bank of a stream, the other a dry mountain peak; one grows on sandy soil, the other on oily clay soil. Everyone needs special, only suitable care for him.

Working as an educator, I can say that there is no better profession than my profession. It makes you forget all the grief, resentment, gives a feeling of eternal youth. Do I qualify as a modern educator? It's hard to rate myself, but I think I fit. I love children the way they are. I try to keep up with the times, get acquainted with new techniques and apply them in my work. I master innovative technologies.

I am in constant search and do not let myself stop there. In everything you want to get to the very essence, make discoveries and grasp the thread of events. I am ordinary teacher"silverless", who does not expect from fate either honors or awards. My happiness, like any other working person, is to see the fruits of my hard work.

To teach others

You have to learn on your own

To educate others

We must start with ourselves.

Each child, answering an adult's question about who he would like to become, without hesitation, names any profession that is most familiar to him. As a rule, this is a driver, a seller, a hairdresser. And rarely does anyone name the profession of an educator or teacher, which is a pity.

When I was 9-12 years old, I most of all liked to play with my girlfriends in the "hospital" and in the "school". Playing at school, I always wanted everything to be like a real teacher - a journal, notebooks, and a pointer. And I also had a school magazine with a list of students, neatly made from a notebook, and notebooks with homework, which I really liked to check and put marks without fail with red paste. Mom's friend gave a collection of dictations for my "school", and dad made a wooden pointer, very similar to the pointer of my first teacher, and the door of the old closet served as a board for us.

And we played ... We played for the duty and received great pleasure from the game.

This is how my childhood interest grew into my favorite profession, the profession of a teacher. A teacher, like any other profession, is a labor activity that requires certain knowledge and skills from a person. But the basis of your favorite profession is still love for children, because without this it is impossible to work as a teacher. The profession of a teacher involves constant self-development, self-improvement and self-education. Only thanks to love for children, we can give them care, affection, understanding, and in return receive positive emotions, a charge of vivacity and children's direct love without deceit and falsehood.

I started working as a speech therapist quite late, after I already had a family behind me, three wonderful children and 17 years of experience in the hospital. My first medical education. There were both difficulties and joys in my work, I met different people, both good and not very good, but I always approached work responsibly, I always went to work with pleasure and thought that it would always be like this.

But sometimes it happens, nothing happens in life by accident... I decided to learn a new specialty - a teacher - a speech therapist. And now I know for sure you shouldn't be afraid to change your profession, to change something in life, to change in general. When you change your profession at the age of 37, you learn something again - it's wonderful, you open yourself from the other side, you begin to understand that this is really what you have been going for so long.

The profession of a speech therapist is my discovery. And although I have only recently been working in this new profession, I believe that I have found my calling. And if a person has found his calling, then work becomes a joy for him, and I never cease to be glad that I have chosen such a humane profession that harmoniously combines the mercy of medicine, the wisdom of pedagogy and the insight of psychology. Despite all the difficulties of the profession, I love my work and cannot imagine my life without it. What does it mean? This means that when your working day ends, you do not stop being a speech therapist and you again think about children and their problems, about programs and plans, about classes. And that makes me happy too! And the most important thing is the realization that you are doing an important and useful thing.

There are a lot of interesting professions in the world,

One of them once you chose for yourself,

After all, the speech of people is beautiful, meaningful, intelligible -

As a standard in communication, not only for you.

With children you generously share talent and skill,

Patience, care, skillful craft,

The problems will all disappear soon, no doubt.

Your meetings will be remembered with love and kindness.
