I lived with my parents, I didn’t think about anything, so I ate everything that my mother cooked. And my mom cooked delicious food. As I grew older, I began to miss the aroma of meat in French and baked chicken with garlic for the New Year. Easter buns were baked in the oven. In adulthood, this piece of childhood is missing. She lived with her parents until the age of 19 and was a well-fed child. When I grew up, I realized that I needed to lose weight. This was the condition of the production center, but I gladly agreed with him.

- Was it hard to lose weight? Broke often?

I tried various diets: I sat on the water, limited myself to food. I lost weight by just a couple of kilograms, after which I gained weight again. After the “kefir diet”, I couldn’t look at kefir at all. And now I rarely drink it. Once I accidentally saw Komsomolskaya Pravda with the Kremlin Diet. I made a schedule and twice a day - in the morning and in the evening - I weighed myself and entered the data. Thus the curve was drawn. After a month of effort, my weight has decreased by 6 kg. Then I actively went in for sports, switched to vegetables, fruits, beef, fish, chicken meat, excluded sweets from the diet (now I only allow small doses on holidays). All this in the complex gave another minus 4 kilograms. And now I adhere exclusively to a healthy lifestyle. I don't overeat, I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol, I drink plenty of water and freshly squeezed juices.

- So you lost weight in just a month?

Yes, but I will not advertise any diet. I will only advertise a healthy lifestyle: sports and nutrition, exclude all artificial products. I can afford fast food only once a month, when there is absolutely no time to go somewhere to eat. Sometimes I take food with me if the concert is somewhere far away. I take it with me so as not to burden anyone and not to ask. Now I weigh 52 - 53 kg, so add ten. With a height of 165.

What are you limiting yourself to now? What is the hardest thing to give up?

I don't eat potatoes and white bread. True, I can break into sweets - I love protein cream. This is the real taste of childhood. In Mogilev, there is still an enterprise where they make real Bird's Milk cake and baskets with cream. When I arrive, I take my niece Dasha, we go to a cafe and buy a cake there.

“At one time I was disappointed in men”

- What was your first love?

I had my first love at the age of 15. There was an ordinary boy, we just talked for a year, and then we started dating. When he left for the army, I was waiting for him. We were together for four years. When I moved to Minsk, our relationship ended there. Our paths diverged. So it happened, I grew up, or something.

Every woman in our country will repair a car and drive in a nail, but if there is a man next to her, then, of course, she will not do this. Alena Lanskaya always surprised me with the combination of femininity and a steely character that comes through in her eyes, manner of speaking, and gait. And I have always wondered if this petite and fragile girl really hides an “iron lady”, who can “run a galloping horse” and go to a “burning hut”. - Surely, they often ask: why not married? When will you give birth?

- Oh yeah! Often. I usually answer: when you get divorced, I will get married. (Laughs.)

Often this question is raised in social networks. To a greater extent, these are comments from young girls born in the 2000s. And for some reason, everyone is embarrassed by the fact that I have three cats at home. Yes, I live alone, on my own and as I see fit. And I personally am quite satisfied with it. But among my fans it always causes a reason to discuss. (Smiling.)

- They are afraid that you will be left alone with the cats ...

- No need to be afraid for someone. No one owes anything to anyone in this life. I have my own life and I already have my own experience. At this stage, I feel so comfortable. First, I have slightly different views than most in our country. It used to be customary to get married and have children at the age of 18-20. It was necessary that the man had duties, and the house was tied - this was primarily beneficial to the state. Now is a completely different time. Intellectually, people have become more developed, their financial level has grown. Now young people who make good money first get to know all the colors of life - they travel, they get to know the world in its entirety. I think it's for the best. Why do so many people get divorced before the age of 30? Because they didn’t walk up, didn’t really see either life or the world ...

"Can't you do it together?" As a couple, as a family?

- Well, anyway, sooner or later, interests can diverge, because people change. Some are faster, some are slower. In my opinion, young people who marry before 30 are more likely to get divorced.

In Europe, it is completely normal when a person from 20 to 30 years old works on himself, on his financial and material base, gains experience in relationships, learns to work on them. I am sure that only by the age of 30 a person is formed as a person. He already knows what he is capable of, wants to have his boundaries respected, and respects the boundaries of the other person.

- Do you have any limit? For example, “I have to get married at 35”?

I don't set myself such limits. And at 40-42 you can give birth, if it turns out that way. I am often asked why not give birth for myself ...

- And why, by the way?

- It's too easy. It is important for me to find a person who will be on the same wavelength with me, who will be able to understand and accept my creative world and is ready for a real relationship. Because often at the initial stage it seems to many that relationships are just a candy-bouquet period. But relationships are work. This is a team where two people play and both are responsible for the outcome of the game. I accept the model of a family where a man is a leader, but he must listen and respect the opinion of a woman.

- And what kind of men do you like in principle?

- At the age of 20, I would say that ooh, divine beauties! (Laughs) But not now. Outwardly, of course, a person should be well-groomed, fit, it is desirable that he goes in for sports. Spiritual beauty and, of course, actions are important to me. I will not hide the fact that the financial side is also important to me. I am a bride with a dowry...

- Now they will write in the comments "mercantile ..."! Go find someone from the factory, wash it off!

- Let them write, I speak directly. The mismatch of the financial level increases the number of chances to disperse. No self-respecting man will tolerate financial inequality. Let's say you can afford a high-class vacation, but he can't. I will do everything to maintain the standard of living that I have now. In addition, freedom of creativity is important to me. In simple terms, I need to understand that a suit from Chanel is true to size. Usual household comparison. (Smiling.)

- With the material side is clear. A man should earn equal or more, here I agree with you. What else?

- Intelligence. It is important for me that a person is intellectually developed and even smarter than me. Because I love to grow and I try to surround myself with people from whom I can learn something. Therefore, I also want a partner for whom I will reach out. He should inspire me.

- What if you fall in love with a vocational school student? What to do?

“We are adults, and we need to be aware of our actions. There are, of course, exceptions to the rule, and they say that a good man needs to be grown by yourself. But I take a sober look at things and understand that in 5-10 years a young man much younger than you will still want a “young apple”. And if a woman is ready for this, then please. But I would like to have at least the same age nearby. And, of course, the most important thing is love. True love happens only twice in a lifetime. It already happened to me once. Now I'm waiting for my second true love.

- And how do you feel about this opinion that we have a shortage of men? Maybe go somewhere to look?

There are such stories in my life too. My friend is married to a Cypriot. They are all very nice and attentive. Cyprus is a beautiful country: the sea, seafood, handsome men, and the cult of children and families… If you want, please! Both in America and in Greece there are many men, but I have not thought about it yet.

Now I think it's better to be alone than anywhere and with just anyone! Of course, I set the bar very high for myself. It will be great if I achieve it. If not, then I will always have time to jump into the last car.

How much time do you give yourself?

- Years up to 42-43. There are a huge number of examples that even at this age you can have time to give birth to a child and be happy. For example, I admire Iskui Abalyan. This is a woman who knows what she wants.

In this matter, the main thing is that there is a person from whom you would want to give birth. Girls will understand me: when you see a man, you immediately understand - yes or no. The subconscious mind tells you it's chemistry.

- Faina Ranevskaya once said: "Everyone is looking for their soul mate, but I was originally born whole." Maybe it's about you?

“It seems to me that a woman should still be with a man. Then it is filled with love.

What annoys you the most in a relationship?

- I'm not even annoyed, but more alarming rudeness. Scourge and the problem of our modernity. Rudeness, unfortunately, from all sides: both from the female and from the male. The manifestation of rudeness suggests that a person does not know how to control himself emotionally. And there and close to assault. No one is pleased when he is humiliated and asserts himself, suppressing his personality. Even those relationships in which he invested his last strength can easily collapse due to elementary rudeness. Because it is very difficult for a woman to accept such an attitude.

- What is there to take? She got up and left. Proudly.

- Yes, she got up and left, if the man does not understand that this cannot be done. But when there are feelings for this person, it can be very traumatic. And for this injury to heal, it takes a certain amount of time.

Let's talk about creativity. Alen, why did the selection for Eurovision again take place without you?

- Eurovision for me is a wonderful adventure, and I remember it with nostalgia. Perhaps I would like to take part again, because I feel new potential, new strength in myself. I am already another Alena Lanskaya.

The other is because we are all evolving. There are always situations in life that change us. The main thing is to always draw the right conclusions. For yourself first.

As for Eurovision, everyone wants to be there, but no one understands that this is a huge responsibility. At the moment I am fully prepared for Eurovision. And if then I didn’t have time to build up thick skin for myself in large quantities, now it’s already very difficult for me to upset something.

- And you were upset? Because of the comments?

- Certainly. I got upset. I was 27 years old ... Somewhere inside I had self-confidence, but I wanted the people who were nearby, the person I focus on, also sometimes said: “Alena, you're done!”. Now I am really confident in myself, and it is difficult to break through me, even if I hear an insult directly in my eyes. Because I know exactly who I am.

I am aware of my strengths and weaknesses. I am who I am, and I have learned to love myself that way. If you accept me, then I will be pleased. If not, I don't owe you anything. Everything is clear. Maybe it’s cold somewhere… But why should I spend my own life, which the Lord God gave me, to prove something to someone?

True, for close people I am ready for a lot, because I love them, I worry about them. In general, I worry about many of my environment. And I always try to help. And for animals too: for homeless cats and dogs. I no longer hesitate to show my kindness, which previously seemed to me inferiority. I have 3 cats at home now. And it's not because I'm a crazy old cat lady, no...

- Elderly?

- Many, probably, see the 50-year-old Lanskaya with ten cats in the future (laughs). But no. I just really love animals. And I think that animals are not to blame for the fact that we are cruel people. I help to attach, treat, I always have food in the car. Just recently, I was returning from a concert, and someone's domestic cat with a collar rushed to my feet at a gas station. And I couldn't get past. With my niece they hung out ads, tried to find the owners. But so far, the owners have not responded. So it lives with me. I will be very grateful if someone wants to take a real, devoted friend. Because the most devoted animals are those from the street.

"Your eyes are wet...

- I think that a person can play something, but an animal cannot. And it truly fills. Just like little kids. Because they have not realized the peculiarities of this world, and they do not know how to play ... I am always ready to take part in charity events with animals or children.
