Chicken with mushrooms in the oven

Divide the chicken flesh into small pieces and put in a greased heat-resistant form. Season with salt to taste and sprinkle with black pepper if necessary.

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalks, cut into round plates and lay them in a layer on top of the chicken.

  3. We cut the mushrooms into plates and send them to the pan. Cook covered for 15-20 minutes. Mushrooms need a little salt.
  4. Three cheese on a grater.
  5. Mix potatoes, mushrooms, chicken, half the cheese. Put into a baking dish.
  6. Beat the eggs with a fork. Add cream, a little salt, mix.
  7. Fill the casserole with the egg-milk mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Potato - 400 gr.
chicken fillet - 400 gr.

Boil the potatoes in their skins until almost done. (bring to a boil and cook for 12-15 minutes) Cool.
Peel, grate on a coarse grater.


While the potatoes are cooking and then cooling down, you should take care of the rest of the ingredients so as not to waste time.
Chop the onion arbitrarily, fry in vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) until transparent. Add the diced chicken to the pan with the onions. Fry everything together for about five minutes, the fire is active.


In parallel, fry mushrooms, randomly chopped, in vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) in another pan. Five minutes will be enough.
Then put the mushrooms in a pan with chicken fillet and onions, add sour cream (50 gr.), Mix. Salt, season with your favorite spices. (I use Adyghe salt).


Stir and simmer everything together for another five minutes, until the liquid has evaporated. We cook all the time on an active fire.


Mix grated cheese with sour cream. (remaining 50 gr)


It is already worth turning on the oven for heating, t 185-190 ° C.
In a baking dish (the size of my form is 25x17x6 cm), spread the chicken with mushrooms evenly.


Spread the potatoes on top, lightly tamp with a spatula or spoon.
